 A gift certificate for a stay at the Sutherland House is always a welcomed gift. We can design a gift certificate for a dollar amount of your choice, i.e. "$100.00 towards a Complete Stay" or choose a room you like, i.e. " A Complete Stay in the Parker House Suite"... Gift Certificates are good for one year from the Month they are presented/purchased. We accept personal checks, money orders, ATM cards, debit cards and cash for purchase of gift certificates. The Mid-Week rate will apply if you Book any room for 4 nights in a row (same room). We will extend the Mid-Week rate for the entire stay, plus we will discount the 4th night by 10%.

The midweek rate will apply if you book any room for 5 nights in a row (same room), plus we will discount the 5th night by 15%.
