Everything You Need to Know about CMAC

One of the many things that makes the Spring, Summer & Fall in Western New York so special are the outdoor concerts at CMAC! CMAC (The Constellation Brands-Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center) is a spectacular venue that brings in top artists from around the country. We’ve collected a list of local tips and tricks to make the most out of your music experience. So grab your air guitar and dancing shoes and get ready to have the time of your life.

Food and Drink

Although you are not allowed to bring in outside food or drink, CMAC has got you covered. They have a wide variety of options and source their food and drink from local New York spots. From pizza to nachos to BBQ, there is definitely something for everyone to enjoy. The venue also serves a variety of beverages, including beer, wine, cocktails, and kombucha. Ways to Save

If the event is not sold out, you can often purchase same day tickets at the venue box office, at a significant discount. This is a great way to see music on a budget. You are also allowed to bring one clear (and empty) water bottle per person to refill so that you stay hydrated while you boogie to the tunes. You can also bring your favorite blanket or camping chair and sit on the lawn, an unreserved general admission section, for a way to lower the price of your ticket.

Getting There

There are plenty of ways to get to the venue, depending on your preferences. The first option is a parking lot that opens two hours before the start of the show. You could also take the “Community Valet,” a shuttle service that runs to CMAC from certain restaurants in town. For five dollars per person or ten dollars per table, you can catch this ride both to and from the venue. There is also a shuttle that runs to and from Lincoln Hill Farms, an awesome spot that hosts pre-show parties with live music and food.

Extra Luxury

For an above and beyond experience, you have the option of upgrading your ticket. For just $20 extra, you gain access to the “Headliner Lounge” tent which includes a private bar (your first glass of wine is on the house), private bathrooms, and free snacks. Or upgrade for the “Corona Cabana,” which is another lounge that also offers a private bar, bathrooms, and snacks but this time in a beach-themed space. Enjoy these awesome spots and add some luxury to your visit!
